Behind the EventWhy we started Women in CleanTech
Empowering the Minds Shaping a Sustainable Future
We launched Women in CleanTech in 2024 to provide a dedicated platform for women in the technology and energy sectors. While these industries play a critical role in shaping a more sustainable future, women continue to be underrepresented across many technical and leadership roles.
We believe that increasing diversity is essential for driving innovation and solving the complex challenges of the energy transition. By creating opportunities for women to connect, learn from one another, and gain visibility, we hope to encourage more women to pursue and thrive in careers within technology, engineering, and clean energy.
Our mission is to inspire, connect, and empower women to actively shape the sustainable transformation of our industry.
Beyond discussing the latest innovations, we aim to bridge technological excellence with human authenticity. This event is a space to share honest conversations about leadership, courage, career growth, and the challenges we face, while building a strong network that supports both individual development and a cleaner future.
